European Regional Alumni Conference

AIESEC Alumni Europe will hold its second conference from 7th-10th July 2016 in Bacharach, Germany (at the river Rhine between Mainz & Koblenz).

A varied program will be offered from Thursday to Sunday with European Regional Alumni Conference, wine tasting, RhineCruise, key note, workshops, parties etc.. The modules are also available separately.

The whole day check-in at “Castle Stahleck” in Bacharach

10:00 a.m. European Regional Alumni Conference (AAE) workshops developing the Alumni cooperation at European level – part I

01:00 p.m. – Lunch

02:30 p.m. – European Regional Alumni Conference (AAE) workshops developing the Alumni cooperation at European level – part II

– Guided tour of Bacharach parallel to the AAE workshops (“spouse program”)

– Tea Time / coffee & cake

7:30 p.m.  – Dinner

8:30 p.m.  – Wine tasting and social evening

Saturday 09 July 2016

10:00 a.m. – Check-in at the bank of the Rhine in Bacharach

– With second breakfast (coffee / tea / juice / water and sandwiches)

10:30 a.m. – Departure of the “AAG dream boat” in Bacharach

– RhineCruise in the “Upper Middle Rhine Valley” (UNESCO World Heritage)

– Music and entertainment programme

– Child care

3:30 p.m. – Arrival in Bacharach and transfer to the castle “Stahleck”

from 4:00 p.m. – Coffee / tea and cakes in the courtyard of the castle with a fantastic view of the Rhine valley

– start of childcare at the castle

5:00 p.m. – Keynote speech for warm-up

5:30 p.m. – Open Space (parallel to workshops on different topics, you can offer a topic)

7:30 p.m. – Barbecue buffet in the courtyard

From 9:00 p.m. – Party in the “knight’s hall” with typical AIESEC dances of different generations
