AIESEC Alumni Mentoring Program

AIESEC Alumni Europe is happy to invite you to join the 5th edition of our Alumni Mentoring Program run in cooperation with AIESEC alumni communities from Belgium, Croatia, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, and Romania as well as Kingmakers – an AIESEC alumni company specialising in development programs and scenarios for organisations, teams and leaders!

The goal of the program is to aid mentees (young people in their early career stage) in achieving their professional development goals thanks to the support of an experienced mentors (5+ years of experience in a given area) through a half-year long mentorship. Common AIESEC background and values facilitate quick building of trust which is a solid fundamental for a mentoring relation!

– You are (or wish to become) a formal member of your national AIESEC Alumni Association (join us link to NAAs!).
– You’re not a coach or mentor by profession.
– You’re a former AIESEC member.
– You’ve graduated from university.
– You know your development goals.
– You can devote time to trainings (8 hrs) and meetings with your Mentee (once every 3 weeks).
– You are (or wish to become) a formal member of your national AIESEC Alumni Association (join us here!).

The AIESEC Alumni Mentor Program was invented by Marek Hojnacki from AIESEC Alumni Poland who ran for 4 editions and brought to the European Alumni network.

In 2024, Andrea Bognar took over as program manager and runs the 5th edition. She has been a mentee in 2022/23 and joined as national coordinator for Hungary in 2023/24.
